Canadians should be very proud of their presence in not only the music industry, but in many other industries: acting, fashion, sports and food.

    I am very happy that I'm Canadian. We are a very safe country and there are rarely any terrible shootings or big news that occurs. We have a great reputation for our kindness and to me that's important. I also love how beautiful or nation is and we have a lot of nice provinces. Something that I love about our province, Quebec, is the poutine!! Pountine comes from Quebec and is french fries topped with hot gravy and cheese curds. Just thinking of it makes me hungry!! I love the taste and I'm so happy that it comes from our province. I am a proud Canadian.

    I am proud to be a Canadian, for me there is one thing that I love most about being a Canadian citizen, is that we have the best maple syrup in my opinion. It is so rich and pure, it doesn’t taste like it has been processed, and comes from the sap of the maple trees up north. When I got tubing, I usually go to the sugar shack and have some fresh on a stick.

    For me, I think it's the love for hockey. In Canada there's nothing much else to do besides hockey. Hockey is the biggest thing that canadiens follow. We're not a country filled with people who follow another sport. It's mostly hockey. Even though there's only seven canadian hockey teams out of 30. That's not a lot, but passion wise, it's huge. In canada, we'd do anything for hockey, unlike those Americans.

    I'm beyond proud of being canadian!!! I really appreciate Canada's respect towards other country and I really believe that we have an amazing reputation! I love visiting other countries and telling people that I am from Canada for this reason! I am also proud of my country because my favourite actress originated from Montreal! I find this really exciting! Overall, I feel really am fortunate to be in such a great country!

    I am definitely proud to be Canadian. I love this country. It is safe unlike some other places. I am so lucky to live here. I love Canada because it is a beautiful country. There are nice lakes and forests. There is so much fun stuff that you can do here. Something else I love about Canada/Quebec is the poutine. It is so good, I could eat it for breakfast,lunch and supper. I think Canada is a great place to live. It is safe, beautiful, unique and so much more. I am so happy that I live here and I am very proud to be Canadian.

    I’m very proud to be a Canadian! Being a Canadian there are many things to be proud about, but I’m most proud of our food! I love food, I can eat so much and I love that some of the things I really love to eat originated from Canada. I absolutely love maple syrup! Usually my family and I go to the cabane a sucre around every year! I have a huge sweet tooth, so I love to eat maple syrup every minute I can. Since I eat it so much, it’s good that Canada produces eighty-five percent of the worlds supply, or else I might eat so much there’s no more left for anyone else! I also love are delicious Canadian bacon. For some reason I just really enjoy eating it but I don’t know why. Though since it’s very unhealthy and has a lot of fat my parents don’t let me have bacon that often. They only let me eat it on holidays, so that’s another reason why I like holidays so much! There are many other delicious Canadian foods but if I talked about all, we would be here forever.

      I love bacon too, but I dont eat it that often either and OMG maple syrup from Canada is the best I always have it on my pancakes! Great blog Capria!

    I am very proud to be Canadian. I'm proud to be Canadian because Canada is a free country. I feel like Canada is very safe compared to other countries that you would hear about in the news. For an example the U.S.A.. I always hear about gun control in the US and how you can just be walking on the streets and you can see someone with a gun! I don't know about you but that seems kind of creepy! I feel so safe in Canada, like what can possibly go wrong! sometimes in the news you with hear something a little off but its way safer than anywhere else that I could think of! I am very proud to be Canadian!

    I am very proud to be Canadian. I am so fortunate that I live in a safe country rather than other places in the world. It’s a beautiful country to live in and to do outdoor activities in summer and winter. I am also very happy about our food industry. From deserts to meals to snacks, they have something for everyone. A famous Canadian product that I think is just amazing is our beaver tails. They are so delicious. When I went to the Old Port I had my first beaver tail and I immediately loved it. The way I prefer my beaver tail is with Nutella all over it. Overall I am extremely proud to live in a unique country.

    I am very proud to be Canadian. We are one of the safest countries in the world, in fact we're the seventh safest country in the world. I don't need to be worrying about crimes or anything like that. The food here is amazing! We have poutine, Tim Hortons, maple syrup etc. I love the fact that hockey is the most played sport in Canada and the most favoured by Canadians. Our national hockey team is amazing, we've won the most gold medals in olympic history. We're an amazing country, I'm super proud to be Canadian!

    I am proud to be Canadian. Our people are amazing. " It is quality rather than quantity that matters"-Lucius Annaeus Seneca. We may not have many people, however the ones we have represent us as a peaceful nation. We are silent but deadly! We are very nice people and although there are many who have damaged our reputation, we stand tall and have been proving ourselves to be just as good as all the other nations. Our hockey skills are unbeatable. We are one of the most respectful countries ever! Even if our country is made up of many different cultures, all of them are respected equally, unlike many other countries. We have history as old as time, portraying great heroism! Even though our nation may seem plain compared to others, we know how to make the best of our lives because...YOLO! We have amusement parks everywhere. Our most famous Canada's Wonderland park has a ride which has been in the top charts. We have amazing snow activities and amazing views. We are known for our beautiful white snow! The Niagara Falls is a beauty from the Canadian side. We are known for our amazing maple wood and syrup! We have a good government, and good food supply. In the end, we have no reason to be ashamed of who we are!

    I am proud to be a Canadian. To me the best thing about Canada is the great game of hockey. I think that we are the best at the game. I also think we take it the most serious. Even though not all of us play hockey they at least know about it because of the news etc, watch the games of their local team like the Montreal Canadiens in our case. We are very competitive about hockey although most of us know it's just a game and it's just for fun. I also like that they are taking precaution about hitting in hockey. Now in Quebec for certain levels in Bantam and Midget are not aloud hitting. Personally I hope that other provinces or even countries decide that they shouldn't hit at a young age.

    Canada is amazing. It’s the second biggest country but we have a tiny population because people think it’s to cold or in Quebec because they don’t like the politics but it’s actually awesome. Are city is great to because you can speak two languages. We also invented and are the best at the greatest sport in the world, hockey. I could blog all day about all the great things about the great north but my most proud feature about Canada is POUTINE!!!

    I am very proud to be a canadian because when you’re from the country that makes maple syrup which is just sugar taken to the next level. There’s also poutine. The name isn’t very appetizing but fries with gravy and cheese curds is awesome. And you can’t forget Tim Hortons, when you think canadian you think Tim Hortons. I am proud to be a Canadian.

    I love Canada! I am so very proud to be Canadian also! I am proud to be a Canadian since Canada has so many things that we should be proud of. For example, our wonderful discoveries, such as maple syrup! Even though I do not like it, I know for a fact that, many people do enjoy this wonderful sap! It is very sweet, tasty and known world wide! I am extremely attached to a ice cream parlour located in Niagara Falls named Cows! Their ice cream is absolutely delicious!!!! I could eat it everyday for every meal of the day! It tastes like absolute heaven! I love it so much! We sometimes go to Niagara Falls just for that ice cream! I love Canada!

    I am a proud Canadian because our country is the best at outdoor sports and even if we are cold we are proud to be here because it is in fact the safest country in the whole wide world. We have a huge country with not many people , so we can move around freely . I am so happy that we invented poutine and it's even better because we live in Quebec and it is big here. Everything about this country is awesome. We have a great reputation unlike some other countries.

    Definitely one of my favourite things about Canada is for sure Tim Hortons!! Tim Hortons is my favourite ‘’fast food’’ restaurant!! (I don’t think it is a ‘’fast food’’ restaurant but some people do!!)Everything on their menu is amazing!! My favourite things there are definitely the donuts!! I could eat their donuts for the rest of my life if I could! By far my favourite thing to eat in the winter is the chocolate chip muffins because in the summer I have one before every horse show. Every time I eat one in the winter it reminds me of the amazing summer. I also love Tim Hortons because it is pretty much only in Canada but I think there are a few in the U.S.

    I am a proud Canadian because I find Canada is a great country. We rarely get any big dangerous events happening which is good. I especially like Canada because we are North and it does get cold. That opens up opportunities for us to play lots of outdoor sports. I love watching hockey on TV (even though I don’t play it!) and love going to live games. There are so many different sports you can play in the winter time which gives us a wide selection on what to join. It is great to be able to have all these options so you could find something to do that matches your personality.

    I am proud to be Canadian. After all we probably have it really good comparing to other countries. I mean you don't see some 12 year old in Haiti saying "Mom, Dad, the new iPhones out , can I have it?". That 12 year old understands that any money they make or their parents make is going to help them live through another day, not towards a gadget that doesn't benefit them in day to day life. As for my favorite Canadian brand it would have to Tim Hortons. All Canadians will agree with me that Tim Hortons is the ideal tycoon for us. Yes there's Starbucks, Second Cup and maybe a few others, but they will never beat Tim Hortons. Sadly Tim Horton has been bought by Wendy's. An American brand fast food place. I would boycott that Tim Hortons should stay a Canadian brand but I still go to their outlets. It's to bad America will be getting all of our money, but life is life.

    I am extremely proud and glad I am Canadian. We are known as the peacekeepers. There is no war that happens here, we all have equal rights .If I was not born here I would be born in Sri-Lanka. For a fact, I know I will never survive there like it will be impossible. It will be terrible if I was born there. Now don’t take me wrong I love visit Sri-Lanka it is so beautiful. It is a country filled with people who speak my language and eat my type of food. It is amazing. But I do not know if I would want to live there because one : it is not as developed country so there is a lot of things missing and two: it is really dangerous. I feel so thankful & grateful of being born in Canada. I am able to go somewhere without worrying if I will get shot or will there be a bomb blast. I also love Poutine(which is more Quebec).I LOVE CANANDA!!

    I am proud to be Canadian, Canada is awesome! We have REALLY GOOD food like, maple syrup and I mean it's great! We have many famous people from Canada, there's Seth Rogan, Jim Carrey, Mike Myers, Howie Mandel, Sidney Crosby, Celine Dion, SHAWN MENDES and no one can forget Justin Bieber, the YouTube sensation. I am really happy to live in Canada, our country is very secure, we are the 4th safest country in the world. Canada is so much fun, with all the snow. We can't forget hockey, Canada is known for it, even Miss Canada wore a hockey themed costume to represent the love of hockey here at the Miss Universe Pageant. But what many people don't know is that we also invented basketball! Yes that's right, it was invented by James Naismith from Ontario. You learn something new everyday. We can't forget our Montreal Canadiens have the most Stanley cups out of any team in NHL history. We all know that Canadians are the nicest people in the world, right, and I feel like that's true because everywhere I go everybody apologizes, says thank you, basically anything nice. Did you know that Canada is one of the cleanest countries and Canada's air quality is 3rd best in the world! Tim Hortons is a very famous Canadian restaurant! It was named after a HOCKEY player, see we incorporate hockey in to many different things. But anyways, Tim Hortons is a very good fats food/cafe. I am proud to be from Canada it's just great!

    I am proud to be Canadian because all around the world we are known as a peaceful country I feel very proud and lucky to live in a country that has human equality, human rights and no wars. I am proud to live in a country that helps other people around the world and supports other countries in need. I love Canada because we are exposed to all the seasons which lets us do winter and summer sports. We have lots of great mountains for skiing and we have lots of amazing national parks.

    I am proud to be canadian for many reasons. I love their food,sports,etc. The foods I love are the maple syrup and poutine. Even though I've never been to the cabanne a sucre, I've always wanted to go and try it. Everyone says the maple syrup is amazing there. Another food I like is poutine. There's all these exotic mixes but I like to just keep it simple and just have it with gravy and cheese. I'm sure everyone knows what my favourite sport is by now, hockey. In Canada they have the best Olympic hockey teams, and I wish to be on one some day. Overall Canada is very awesome and safe place to live.

    I am proud to be Canadian because Canada is known for being one of the most beautiful countries in the world. I think that Canada is awesome. Not because of the views but because of the Tim Hortons... Timmies is the best in the whole world. Whenever people talk about Canada I hear nothing but great things. Keep it up Canada!
