I picked my grandma because she is always there for me when I need her from sowing my pants to buying some of my hockey equipment. Even if she lives in Florida for about 6 month of the year she will try to help me with anything. She will even send me packages of things I need like new pants and t shirts
ReplyDeletebecause I am always growing. In the end I ow her a big thanks!!!

That is so sweet. Even though your grandma lives in a totally other country she still sends you stuff! Isn't it so nice? The feeling of having someone that lives in another country sending and still thinking about you. I understand what you mean by owing her a big thanks. It is so true! I totally agree for owing grandmothers a big thanks. While they help us around and they sew your pants and spoils us, they will always be cherished no matter what. I really liked your blog about saying how we really owe our grandmas a GIGANTIC thanks. Just saying again, I loved your blog and it was so good. Why don't you tell your grandmother you love her so much then? It's cool to be thanked every once in while. Not saying you don't thank her, well, you get what I'm trying to point out. Thank you for your inspiring BLOG!

Someone that I’m thankful for is my mom, she the best mom I could ever ask for and I can always count on her for anything. Even though sometimes she’s annoying, and sometimes she’s mean etc….. She is a great mom, she can be a pain and very different at times, but I don’t love her any less because of that, so I’m really thankful for my mom.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure your mom is amazing!
DeleteSomeone that I owe a BIG thanks to is my mom. She has done so much for me and I will never, EVER be able to repay her. One of the best things that she has done for me would be when she had spend $100 for my hamster when she was sick. Vet bills are very expensive and I am so thankful that she was able to save my hamsters. We may argue and fight and there will be sometimes when I say things I don't mean but we love each other very much! I am taking this time to be thankful that I have a loving and caring mother who loves me as much as she does. Thank you so,so,so,so,so,so much for everything you have done for me! (My hamsters thank you too)

Someone I am thankful for is my horse, Allegro. We all know that if she wanted to she could easily hurt me in a heartbeat but, she does not. If I did something to upset her she could hurt me VERY badly. I have spent all summer working with her and forming a bond with her and she trusts me more than anyone. This summer I took her to her first ever horse show and she could have easily bucked me off and hurt me but she did not. We won a 3rd place and a 4th place and I am so lucky and grateful to have her in my life.
ReplyDeleteAbby
Great blog Abby! It's nice to see that you have a great bond with animals.
DeleteGreat blog Abby! That's so cool! It's great that she Allegro trusts you. Great job on getting 3rd and 4th place when you were riding. It must be so much fun.
DeleteI can easily pick two people to be thankful for. I can't pick one though 'cause both of them raised me! I'm sorry though. I'm going to have to say my aunt and my grandma. No other answers. Just those two. Not one but two. My aunt has always been there for me from when I was a kid till driving me and picking me up after school EVERYDAY. If you ask me. I know she loves me yet she finds me annoying sometimes. She talks to me all the time and understands everything. She listens and she actually puts effort into hearing me out. Helping and loving everyone (especially me). She helps out with homework and I just LOVE her so much! From waking up so early (earlier than my parents) to drive me to school. Now on to my grandma. She does so much that one day I'll never be able to repay her back. She has also raised me and fed me to be who I am right now. Making my family food and even buying us brand new stuff! I know she isn't happy here since her actual home is somewhere else. Yet she still strives to help my brother and I. She asks for help sometimes but she’s always aiding around the house to help and making so much variations of food for us since I am a picky eater. Basically my grandmother always gets us new stuff and she spoils us like every grandmother. I still think she’s extremely special though. If I would even ask the question of what does my grandma do for us. Well, that would be an insult. All I have to say about my grandma is that she’s just so spoiling and she’s basically the gourmet chef of our family. I understand for them that it's not easy caring and helping my sibling and me. Fighting and stress is so common these days here. There is nothing in the world for me to actually return to them for thanks. Nothing at all since everything the've done so far has had such an impact in my life. As I said before, their is nothing that will change my love for both of them. I also have to thank my other aunts also for chipping in now and then however my favourite aunt and my grandma will always be treasured and I hope they will never stop loving me no matter what I do, since well, I'm a troublemaker sometimes. They keep their promises and now after I have reread this a few times, I just have to say. All we can repay back to our cherished ones are love.
ReplyDeleteEmily Keophila
Amazing blog Emily I agree our parents do do a lot of things for us.

Wow! that's a long blog,but a good blog. :)
DeleteI loved your blog. Mostly your last sentence "All we can repay back to our cherished ones are love."so true, so original and extremely epic. Don't worry I can assure you that they won't stop loving you are such an awesome girl and from what you told me about them it seems like they really love you .

The people that i'm most thankful for are my family. I might not notice how much they do for me every day, But that is what thanks giving is all about. Its to identify how much people do for you and how much you do for them, and give thanks to eachother. I give thanks to my whole family. Every day my mom makes my lunch, does my laundry, makes diner, ect. Every day my dad drives me to school, drives me back from gymnastics, ect. My sisters, where do I start. People would think that sisters and brothers do the least in the family. Not for me. They do equally as many things for me as my parents. They are just smaller things. Every day my sisters say bye to me when we go to our lockers at school. Even when we are in the worst fights we still say bye to each other. My sisters help me so much with my homework. They even help me study for tests. My dog. You would think that I do every thing for my dog and she does nothing for me, but actually we both do things to each other. My dog makes me happy every day just by looking at her cute fluffy face, sometimes she sleeps with me at night witch makes me one of the happiest people on earth. That is why I am thankful to all of my family members. As I said you don't notice how much they do for you every day.
ReplyDeleteSophie Dillon
I picked my mom because she is the best. I could never ask for any better. I love her from the bottom of my heart. I have to thank my mom because she helps me study for tests. She is also the best mom ever because she listens to what I have to say. She is supportive, if I have issue she tells me how to resolve it. My mom is great because she drives me to my activities, friends houses etc. The last and most important of all is, she loves me. She deserves an enormous THANK YOU for all that she has done to help me. I could never ask for any better.
ReplyDeleteGreat blog, I think that moms do a lot for us and help us a lot too!

I chose my sister because she is always there for me if I am feeling sad, happy or basically any emotion at all. She helps me whenever I need it the most. She is always there when I need help to study for a quiz because she is older. She is always so supportive and really cares about me, which might be weird since were sisters, but I find it completely normal. We have been spending so much time together lately, and I enjoy every minute with her… sometimes! We do get on each others nerves once in a while, but in reality we can’t stand a day without each other. We try to look past all the negativity in life. One of the things we love to do together is playing piano. We’ve both been playing for a long time, and we try to do songs together too. Just small things like that make me love her even more every day. I love her so much and am so thankful for what she’s done with me.

Your Sister seems really nice after reading that blog. I was a good one!

DeleteI choose my mother because she has been there for me all my life. She brought me to this world and without her I wouldn't be here. She helps me with my homework and she cares for me. She feeds me and puts a roof over my head. I love spending time with her because she always under stands me. She listens to me,she gives me great advice. I am so thankful that she is my mom, I wouldn't want anyone else to be my mother. She is the best and I love her so much
ReplyDelete-Erin
I strongly agree with your blog, your mom sounds like a wonderful person with a big heart. Nice blog by the way:)
DeleteSomebody I think deserves a big thank you is my mom. She's probably the only person to live that can actually keep up with me. She understands me and is always there for me when I need her. She is always interested in what I have to say and listens to my crazy stories. I can always trust her and I know that when I'm feeling down I can always go to her for help. She makes me happy and keeps me going. She cares about me and always puts a smile on my face.I also have to thank my mom for always reminding me to do my homework and clean my room. If I had a different mom, I know I wouldn't be where I am today
ReplyDeleteThe people that I have to thank are my parents. One for the obvious, they brought me into this world. Another thing is that they're always there for no matter what. If I have any trouble with my homework, they'll stop what there doing and come help me. All they want from me is to do well in school and in life. Sometimes if I'm having trouble in something my mom will go over it with me and make me understand it better. She'll even go over the tests and the homework I've done every week and make sure that I'm up to date. They're the best parents in the world and I couldn't ask for anything.
ReplyDeleteThe person I thank is my brother. I'd like to thank my brother because he does a lot with me. There are times when I do find him very annoying, but the things I'd like to thank him for are: Playing street hockey with me, when I'm bored we sometimes play Xbox together, etc. We don't get along 24/7, even if I'm plying Xbox with him usually he picks a game I don't like, and stuff like that, but we get along good.
ReplyDeleteI decided to thank my favorite little friend, Buttercup, my bird. He should be thanked because he is always so friendly from when I get home to when we go to bed. When I get home I always open hi cage and let him go where he wants with my supervision. I let him crawl around on me and I give him treats that he loves, he will do anything for one of those. I'm really happy that he is a part of my life because hew always brings joy to where ever he is.

The person that I am thankful for is my brother, because if it wasn't for him then I wouldn't of had that many friends. He made me learn how to be awesome and to have friends. Even though he is in sec 5 and ignores me 24/7 we still love eachother. So I would like to thank my brother for being a role model for me.
ReplyDeleteMatt Colpron
I own a special thanks to my little brother. I owe him a thanks because he was always there to encourage or help me threw a hard time. My brother encourages me during my soccer games. He also hep me gets through tuff times like if I failed a test he would always try to cheer me up. I really appreciate what he always try to do for me. He always tries to cheer me up by letting me play soccer or air hockey with me. As I said in the beginning my brother really does deserve a big thank you.

ReplyDeleteOne of the people I hate in this world is my sister, but also one of the person that I really like is also my sister( I know it sounds confusing). My sister and I argue a lot, we fight a lot and we get annoyed of each other way too often. Yet I still a like her because she is thoughtful and kind (at times). She helps me with my homework and my studies. She also gives me useful advices for example when I am not sure whether to do something or not. She has taught me a lot of things like tying my shoes .Still me and my sister argue over a lot of things it might be even on something childish like who gets which color plate. But I feel like I should be very grateful to her because without her I am petty sure I won't be where I am today. She helped me through a lot of tough times.

That is very touching. I am very happy to know you appreciate your sister. I am also happy for you because of that. I hope she sees your blog and gives you a big hug.

ReplyDeleteThe person, well people that I am thankful for are my parents. They've been there for me since the start, literally, the start. When I need help, they help, when I'm sad, they make me happy. My mom drives me to school and back everyday and my dad works everyday in the spring, summer and fall (he doesn't work in the winter time). They both help me and my little brothers with many things, usually it's my brothers that need the help. My dad signed me up for soccer four years ago and now it is one of my best sports. So thank you dad for finding that "talent" in me and take you mom for looking after me,cleaning and cooking those delicious meals. I feel very lucky to have the mom and dad that I have.
Me too! I'm really thankful for my parents. I also LOVE playing soccer :)it was really fun reading your blog since we had some stuff in common.Good job!

I am thankful for my mom. I am thankful for my mom because she loves me and does whatever she can to put a smile on my face. When I need to help for school work, she helps me, when i'm sad, she makes me feel better, my mom drove me to school everyday in elementary school. When I was little she would tuck me in goodnight. This doesn't just go for my mom, it goes for my dad too but I had to choose someone
ReplyDeleteJustin Pugsley
That is very nice of your parents.
DeleteThe person I chose to take a #selfie is obviously my mother. I know almost everyone chose some kind of family member but my mom is amazing. She help’s me whit my homework, cleans the house, bring me to sports and other activity…etc. But what’s crazy is that she does it for all of the four kids in the house (5 if you include my dad because he’s a bit of a snob). What I love most about my mom is that she’s kind of crazy.

Deleteyour mother sounds like a great person
The person I am am most thankful this Thanksgiving is my cousin because even though she lives really far away, she is the only person I can relate to and she understands me. She is one of my main supporters in life and she's taught me so much from the very beginning so she basically made me the person who I am today. I feel so lucky to be her cousin and I love her so much.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate my brother the most out of everybody in my family. He has done a lot for me even when he knows he will get in trouble for doing it. He helps me with homework, projects. He makes me happy when I am sad and that is what I am most thankful for. We all need someone to help us when we are not feeling happy. I have someone, and that is my brother. My parents have done a lot for me. They have raised me and fed me. They have gone through a lot too. However my brother is very special and out of the original. He does not fight all the time or bring me down. He does not bully me or hurt my feelings. My brother does not do any of these unlike most sibling we hear of. He is also my only sibling. If I need something he will be there to get it for me whenever, wherever. Yes, we do fight, however, it is very rare and we are watching a movie together or doing something the next minute. Our fights do not last long. We will argue, then we will make fun of each other right after. I am fascinated how we can have fun together the next minute! In conclusion, I am very grateful towards my brother.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't just pick someone because I'm very thankful for both my parents! I couldn't just pick one too because I love them both so so much! There always there for me whenever I need them. Like when I'm having trouble with homework or school they always help so I can understand everything! Another reason why they're amazing is because once in a while they always give me treats and who can say no to that! There's also so much more. Plus all the regular things we take for granted. For example, a house, food, clothes and ect. I'm very thankful for my parents and for everything they do for me. Thanks to this blog I will remember to thank my parents more often!~capria

ReplyDeleteFor this blog am gonna choose my parents. Even If I don't notice it, they still help me in ways that I never think about everyday. My parents both work hard to make good money to put a roof over my head, food to feed me and water to drink. Even If I don`t see my parents as much as everybody else in my daily routine, they still do more for me and 2 other boys than I realize

ReplyDeleteI would like to thank all my teachers here at St. T and at my elementary school, Sherwood Forest. Thank you for helping me pursue my dream of becoming a software engineer. I would not be able to do this without you. I cant thank you enough for what you have taught me over these 7 years!
Trevor
I would like to thank my mom because she always helps me with my homework, takes me where I need to go and of course there is the fact that she gave birth to me. She is always there for me and I really appreciate it. So thank you mom for everything you do for me even if you don't like it or don't want to do it.
