When the lovers in the play "A Midsummer Night's Dream" wake-up they will definitely be CONFUSED! They will probably wonder if they were (hint, hint) dreaming and if what happened is actually real.Does it take much to confuse you? Tell me about a time you were confused. Explain.
I think it doesn't take to much to confuse me. If instructions are direct and straight forward then I wouldn't get confused but if they are not then......... oh boy, wish me luck. The last time that I could remember (don't have a great memory) being confused was at my weekly horseback riding lesson. There was also a Kataryna in my group which was a little bit confusing. Anyways, Kataryna was absent but they mixed her up with me so they thought I was going to be absent. So I was told to get one horse ready and wait and see it Kataryna would show up. If she didn't, I would get the horse she was suppost to ride ready but if she did, I would get another horse ready. That confused me because the instructions were pretty confusing. (I hope that made sense)

I usually get confused with stuff but if it has to do with school work and the constructions aren't very clear, then yes, I will get confused. Last year in my french class we were doing a science lesson (he wasn't the best explainer, unlike my 5th grade teacher), he would just tell us to write down stuff and he would give the class work to do so my friends and I were confused when he gave us a science lesson(unless it was an easy science lesson to learn).

I also get confused when that happens I do not understand why some teachers do that. In my opinion I find it confusing. I think you wrote a great blog I really liked it.

I also get confused with school work! Sometimes, things can be so complicated!
DeleteFor me nothing really confuses me, I’m usually focused and just concentrated. But the thing that really confuses me is when I have like a mathematical problem and there are a lot of words, that’s the point where I need to highlight and read it more slowly. And it’s not only with math, its sometimes in any subject, but the most common one would be was the mathematical problems.
ReplyDeleteThat could happen to me too sometimes!

Great blog. I totally get it. I get confused sometimes with math problems too.
DeleteI totally get confused!! Last summer when I went to disney world, I got really sick due to the drastic temperature change from the indoors, where they blast the AC, to the outdoors, which is humid. I therefore decided to go back to my resort and take a nap. Two hours later, I woke up completely confused. I wasn't sure if it was morning or night! The only way I came to finding out what time of day it was was when I asked my parents!!!

Poor you! Getting sick at Disney. The same thing happened to my brother, he got sick and had a headache from the weather especially because it was SUPER hot in Orlando.
DeleteI'm not a person that gets confused easily, I'm usually always on the ball and aware of my surroundings. But when I'm tired, it's harder for me to concentrate which makes me confused.A time when I was confused was when I was seven and I still remember it today. My parents were trying to surprise my sisters and I with a trip to Disney World. Our flight was really early in the morning so my parents had to wake us up at 3:00 am for a trip nobody knew about. I was really confused when they woke me up because I was tired and never woke up at that time. We then went in the car and drove to the airport which was even more confusing for me. It was at that moment when I knew something was strange. It was so bizarre,I thought I was dreaming. When we finally reached the airport, they told us the news. I was shocked and amazed, I will never forget that time.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been confused very many times in my life, but I do remember one time. This story is not going to be like everyone else's but it's the only time that I could remember. It happened about a year ago when my brothers and I were spining each other around on a spiny chair. One of the times that I went they spun me around way to past and after that I almost through up and everything felt really weird and confusing.

ReplyDeleteA time I was confused was when I was really, really, reeeeally sick. I might have been 10-11 and I couldn't sleep, eventually I got so sleep deprived, sick and nauseated that the ground started to break apart. I know I wasn't dreaming because I face planted into the ground. When I finally got down stairs I walked to the cabinet to give myself some medicine, time started to speed up in my mind.
I get confused really easily. I’m probably the queen of getting the most confused! For example, I even got confused today! After recess I went to my locker at around a few minutes after the five minute bell. I got my Spanish books and headed to that class. When I passed the door no one from my class was there, instead it was grade eights! I got SO confused I didn’t know what was happening. I checked my agenda fast to see my schedule and I read it wrong! I had math class. So I rushed to class in a panic. I arrived just as the bell was ringing and I didn’t have time to get my math books, though luckily it was test so we didn’t need any materials. I was so relieved and a little embarrassed of myself when I got there.-Capria Y
ReplyDeleteI really liked your blog. I would also be very panicked and confused if I went to the wrong class. Hopefully that won't happen again;)
DeleteI normally get really confused EVERY day, if i do not i consider that a great day! Like right now I am confused. I am confused if this blog is due today or on Friday, someone please help me or I may die! Ok just kidding I will not die but I will be confused until the time I go to bed and even tomorrow too! Well if it is due today than thank god I did it and if it is due on Friday than we all know what that means… no blog for the rest of the week!!!
ReplyDeleteAbby
Nice blog Abby! Don't worry you are no the only one to be always confused I am confused 24/7.
DeleteP.S The blog is due Friday at 11: 59 pm Mr. Katz said it like ten times in class today. Do you remember now?
I don't usually get confused a lot, but their one time where I was really confused.
ReplyDeleteIn the summer, I went to a day camp. At that day camp a lot of the counselors spoke French and one of them was even from France. one day I woke up really tired and when I went my group did an activity with his group. When he was explaining the activity I couldn't understand a word he was saying. He was one of those people who talk really fast. I ended up asking my counsellor and HE didn't even understand. so that was a time when I was really confused.
To be honest, every little thing confuses me. It doesn't take a lot of things to get me confused. Such as this time I was in math class. My teacher wrote 1234567 (the numbers) on the board. I at first glance thought we were back in kindergarten cause well, they were just 1234567. The teacher asked the class for someone to read it, so he picked someone. At first the boy counted the numbers. You know what I was thinking, I was thinking what? Then I looked at the board and noticed that he wanted place value! I know, like come on Emily, are you serious? Place value and you didn't notice?! As you can see, I'm pretty awesome, right? Anyway, just by reading that. You can tell that I get confused a lot more easier than some people. For me, being confused is well, how do I say this? I think i'll go with boring then. When I don't understand something and I'm confused, I start to drift off and I start to get BORED. I start to feel jittery and I want to move around cause I can't stand sitting. Basically I get confused a ton of times which lead to myself wanting to do something. I know strange, but that's me alright.

I get confused a lot. For me I usually get confused when I have to make decisions. It might be for something small like, what I should wear tomorrow for school or something really important like if I can eat another plate of pasta for dinner. Although the last time I remember getting confused is about an hour ago, when I remembered I have a project due the 20th October and I was not sure whether or not I should start it today. My options were today or later on this week. I choose today because I love to procrastinate and I will end up doing everything a day before the due date. Anyways usually what I do when I am confused is that I ask for an opinion or help from someone that I believe that this question suits them. For example if I had a question in math I won’t ask fashion designer for help I will first ask my math teacher. Overall I get confused a lot mostly while making decisions.

I don’t get confused really easily but when instructions are not clear I get so confused and ask a million questions. Last year I had an assignment to do and I was confused because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do. I called some of my friends and they didn’t know also what to do. I didn’t know what to do so I did the ones I knew first then after I answered the other ones to the best of my ability. I find I don’t get confused a lot but it still happens every once in a while. Everybody gets confused in their life.
ReplyDeleteIt's good that you don't get confused a lot, and you did the right thing to answer the ones you know and try your best for the other questions. Great blog!

Something confusing that has happened to me before was last year when I was at school and my teacher told us to do a lot of homework and study for a lot of test at one time. I was so confused on what was due when. I had no clue when all the homework and tests were. I ended up asking my friend when all the things were due for. I got all the tests and homework done on the right day.

I think it is really easy to confuse me. I was confused lots of times. There was one time where there we had to study for an exam. I was so nervous I studied for so long I jammed so much information in my head. After studying I felt all confused because I studied so hard I basically fried my brain. After two days before the exam my friend told me I was studying the wrong pages so when I was the studying the new pages I was so confused because I was studying the complete opposite of what I was supposed to. So I kept mixing up the pages.

I don't really that often but when I get confused it's because it's really confusing like when my friend and I had a french project together and he wrote the text and I was supposed to type it but couldn't read his writhing so it took me around two hours to type the text and correct all the mistakes from my friends writhing.

ReplyDeleteThere are so many things that confuse me on this planet. But, I always ask myself what day it is, BECAUSE I'M ALWAYS CONFUSED! Like today, I didn't know it was Friday until I found out at lunch.Sometimes I even get ready on Saturday's because I think I have school. I'm pretty sure I have this problem because I'm always so tired and I'm so used to telling myself "Vanessa, don't be lazy, you have to get ready for school!" I think I'm gonna have to put a calendar up in my room.
How can you not know if it's Friday!!! that's funny. :)
DeleteThis is a really hard question to answer because I'm actually always confused for some reason or another. I am usually most confused when my mom screams at me for no complete reason, and it is usually never my fault. One time that I got really confused was when I had to learn how to ride a horse. My dad was telling me all kinds of instructions and how to put a saddle etc. and then I just kind of stared at him blankly and did not learn anything. I finally told him that I did not want to learn it anymore because it was too complicating(and I was five). These days, I am a little less confused than before and thank god for that because I used to make this really stupid look when I was confused and then everyone thought I had a problem.
ReplyDeleteWhen I'm confused, I go all out on it. I'm asking questions here and there, yelling and telling everyone to clarify whatever I'm not 100% sure about. I hope some people don't think I'm annoying! If I really don't understand something, usually I'd go home and research it. That's what I've been doing a lot this year. I find I get really confused in high school, especially with all these different classes. Like one time, it was the third week of school. It was day 5. My first 2 classes went fine. Then after recess, I became so lost. I went to the wrong class. I was so confused because I saw people coming into the class when I realized something and thought to myself: "Wait... they aren't in my class! Why are they here?" Then I realized it was me! I was looking at my day 6 column! I ended up rushing back to my locker, switching books, then heading to my next class; all in less than 5 minutes! It was an accomplishment for me too! I usually don't get that confused, if only, just once in a while. If I'm not confused, I act completely normal-whatever my normal may be! - And just go along with life.
ReplyDeleteJulia Daniele
Whenever I'm confused I just ask someone to explain to me whats going on. Then I usually understand. Sometimes I am confused about a homework or test question. Sometimes I get lost somewhere like for instance, this year at school I was confused a lot. I didn't now where I was going,I forgot what books I had to bring home, when things were due. My mind was all over the place. But now I am used to everything. But I still get confused often.
ReplyDelete-Erin
Yes, I am easily confused. Everyday I am confused. For example, whenever someone tries to explain me something, no matter what, I get confused. I do not know why. Becoming confused has become part of my daily life. I have to get everything explained to me at least three times. Once my brother tried to explain a math question to me it took about an hour. In conclusion, getting confused is normal and it happens all the time.
ReplyDeleteSorry for the delay. I was procrastinating.
DeleteI don't always get confused, it depends on the topic. When our class started reading Shakespeare, I thought I wasn't going to understand a thing. In the end, it really wasn't that bad with all the explanations. I also get confused when something isn't clear or not explained well. For example, if a teacher gives the class homework, he/she will explain it briefly. If I don't understand I'll try to figure it out myself, if I still don't know what to do, that's when I ask questions. After the second explanation, believe it or not, sometimes I still don't get it. I find it really depends on the topic.
ReplyDeleteI can get confused really easily I don't know why I just do. I usually get confused on homework because I don't always read the question and then that's why I get confused. When I am confused I just don't know what to do . Mostly when I get confused it is when someone is telling me something and I just say yes but really I have no clue so she says go do that and then im am like okay can you say that again please.
