Who's got SPRING FEVER?

    I am so exited for spring. Every year I get so exited for spring, but this year I am even more exited, considering this winter felt like it never ended, and it felt like Montreal made a record on the coldest winter. It felt like the temperature was -40 degrees. Anyway, that was in the past, and we probably all want to forget about how cold it was. I am so exited that we can finally walk outside in shoes (not boots) without sinking into the snow and getting all wet. I can finally walk outside in a T-Shirt without freezing to death. Soon we can start eating outside. We have already cooked on the BBQ. Very shortly (in a month or two) we can open our pool again! I am so exited, for even warmer weather that it was today! Today it was 22 degrees! At school we can finally eat outside again. Summer is right around the corner!

    I love spring! Not only is it my birthday season, but it is also a season close to summer. Summer is great season and I've been counting down the days till I am finally able to go swimming in the hot sun. I can just picture me running on the beach with the sun blazing down on me. This winter was horrendous, there was so much snow and the weather was monstrous, but now the snow is melting and the flowers are blooming. Spring is finally upon us!

    I absolutely love spring! It's such and amazing time of year!!! Especially in Canada, where winters are long and cold, it's a big relief when spring is here! I love this season because it gives hope that summer is on its way. Every year when this season approaches, I'm always super excited because it means that I will have the opportunity to go outside more often. This time of year is also very exciting because my birthday takes place in this season! I absolutely love this spring and I am really happy it has finally arrived!

    I love spring! Hotter weather, school coming to an end, more free time! When the weather is warmer, I really enjoy tumbling outside! I have a gymnastics mat that I will place on the ground and just have fun. I will often listen to music and use my GoPro for filming some point-of-view videos. I also really enjoy taking my guinea pigs outside for some fresh air! I'll place them on the ground in an enclosed area and let them run around and eat the grass. when school is over, I enjoy going to the pool with my friends. I am also part of the synchro team at my pool. I decided to take a selfie of my guinea pigs and I outside. I sat on my deck with my two guinea pigs on my lap and took a selfie.

    I think spring is the best season ever. It finally gets warm and we can all go outside in a T-shirt again. Soon there will be flowers blooming and the grass will grow. That means that we can start playing soccer. I love soccer. It's my second favourite sport after hockey. I've been playing since I was five and it was always my second favourite sport. I started to play competitively when I was about 7 or 8. The other sport I've been waiting to play is tennis. tennis is a close third in my favourite sports category. I've also been playing tennis since I was 5 or 6. I used to play with my friend that now goes to Loyola high school, my dad and my brother although he is younger so I have to go easy on him. Another reason I like spring is because there is no more snow. I don't have to walk home in winter jacket or worry that I'm going to fall on the ice on the streets. The last and best reason I like spring is because it the season my birthday's in. I'm excited more than ever because I'm finally going to be a teenager. To me also 13 is a big number because it was my first soccer number playing competitive soccer.

      I also think spring is the best season because you don't have to wear so many jackets and you could instead wear a t-shirt. Great blog!

    I couldn’t wait for winter to leave and I’m glad spring's finally come. Spring is so much fun. I am so happy we will be putting our heavy winter coats and boots away and trading it with shorts, shoes and a t-shirt. It’s going to be so much easier not having to take our boots off. I am also so happy that it won’t be freezing cold outside and soon we will be able to wear shorts. I am very happy and excited to go and play outside. Also I’m happy because when it’s spring all of the snow melts and we can take our bikes out and ride to the park. I am so happy that spring is finally here, and before we know it’s already going to be summer.

    Finally spring is here. I feel like it has been forever since we had hot weather! Even though spring could sometimes be gross and muddy, the weather starts becoming warm and pretty flowers start to bloom. Also we can finally enjoy doing fun activities outside! I’m so excited because when the weather is hot, we can do two of my favorite sports. I love playing soccer, but it sucks when there’s snow covering all the grass because you just sink into the snow dribbling the ball. Since I also love to swim, it’s great that the weathers hot, because we can finally go swimming and go to the beach! I’m also thrilled that we can finally store our boots and coats into a closet. I’m tired of wearing winter clothes and it’s great to start wearing bright floral spring clothes! Even though I listed some reasons why I’m excited for spring, the main reason is, because we get to have ice cream and popsicles! When the weather gets hot my friends and I always love to go to ice cream shops and it’s a very fun and delicious activity to do! I’m definitely pleased that spring has sprung and I guess I do have some SPRING FEVER!

    I am so glad winter is over. I will definitely not miss it because it seemed that winter just went on for too long and every time the weather used to get a little better, it would start snowing again. Spring is so fun because it suddenly gets warmer and it is one step close to summer, which is my favorite season. I am so excited for bringing out the barbecue again because my whole family loves it and I'm super excited to finally go out on my yard and play soccer again.Also, whenever I go out with my friends somewhere, I don't have to carry my heavy winter coat with me everywhere I go. It's kind of surreal that school is going to end so fast because it seems just like yesterday we were writing our first blog.

      I totally agree Tisha! The weather during winter was absolutely crazy! Now that you mention it, it is kind of fascinating how the school year just passed by like a blur! You blog describes ‘spring fever’ greatly!

    I'm so happy that all the snow around my house is melted. For the selfie, I took a picture of me with my basketball net. I did this because it was only last year when I got the best and biggest present for my birthday. When I finally got it set up, I couldn't stop playing. It was just so convenient having to only walk 5 steps to get there. It's also a great place to play with friends or family.

    I'm so excited for spring and summer because that means that it will finally get warmer! I've been waiting so long to jump in the pool because I love to swim! I also swim in the winter (synchro) which is super fun so I'm so happy because I will be continuing to do it during the summer. Overall, summer is a really fun season and it's really nice to take a break from all the school work.

    I’ve got spring fever! Spring is absolutely fabulous! I am so excited for spring because of very typical reasons such as school ending, more sunny days and of course, exams (just kidding). I am extremely excited though, since in spring, the weather tends to be amazing! Much warmer, brighter and overall just more AWESOME! The idea of being allowed to just wear sweaters outside is so much more whimsical then everyone having to wear coats! I also really enjoy how we can get out of school faster, near the end of the day. We don’t have to put on our jacket, hat or boots anymore! All we have to do is get our things in our school bag and then leave! You can save so much more time during this beautiful season! Precise time to work on homework and other things. In my opinion, there is no other season (except for summer) better then spring!

    I am so excited for spring mainly because of the great weather. It is no longer cold and wet. The sun is out and I can actually see the grass. I think spring is definitely an awesome season. Another good thing about spring is that we don't have to wear heavy jackets or clunky boots. All I wear is a sweater and sneakers. It feels so light. Also, after spring comes summer! Summer is one of my favourite seasons and it is fast approaching.

    I love spring! It is so much fun. I get to go outside with my brothers and play soccer, basketball, football, Frisbee and we also go skateboarding. I also get to save so much time on getting dressed since I don't have to wear my winter coat, boots or hat. My dad and I love hockey and i am very excited to watch the playoffs. Whether the Canadiens win or lose, I am still excited to find out who wins the Stanley cup! Also, school is ending. The year went by very fast. I can't wait until the summer time, I get to relax, play outside and not worry about school work.

    Spring is here and I’m so exited. I love the flowers and the sun but what most exited for are my spring sports. I love all of them. I can start playing ball hockey, go on my trampoline, golf and soccer. Spring is my favourite season for sports because there are so many options. It’s not to hot and not to cold and no bugs. So many reasons to love spring but this is my favourite, playoffs!

    I am so excited that summer is coming. Even though winter is my favourite season but I just feel like this winter was way too long and need summer to come so I can take a break. One of my favourite things to do in the spring is ride my bike. I know I am not “sporty” at all. But I love riding my bike.I find it so fun and relaxing. In the summer whenever I am mad at someone I just take my bike and ride to the lake that’s just behind my house. I also love riding the bike with a partner.

    I am excited for spring/summer mainly because of the clothing! I love not having to wear big boots and coats all day long. I enjoy the fact that I can wear converse again and the other shoes I enjoy, are mostly for the spring/summer and are not meant for the winter. I can wear t-shirts and I do not have to carry on extra weight. Thus I am so happy! However, us humans are never satisfied with anything. If it is winter, we complain that it is too cold. If it is summer, we complain that it is too hot. There are many more reasons why I am so excited for spring/summer. The weather becomes more satisfying for awhile until we get fed up with it too. I can finally play badminton again. I love badminton. It makes me feel so calm and hyper. I can hang out with my brother more, and I can become excited because my birthday will soon be arriving. There is also the no more school excitement. The majority of us always become excited when we find out that there is no more school in a few days. I do not mind school because I am happy if there is not school and if there is school. I can go to my dad's store and work! I enjoy working there because I actually get paid. Last summer, I made 252 dollars. I could buy so many shoes with that type of money. Summer just means you are free to do almost anything and it is time for you to get ready for the next school year, for the heat, the work, and the winter that will show up in no time!

    I am most excited about the warm weather. I don't have to wake up to a cold and damp morning. And no more clunky clothing suffocating me to death. On top of good weather I always can't wait to hear that final bell go at the end of the year. The thing I probably like the most about spring is it's leading right into summer. I also really like biking. During the summer when my parents still have to work me and my brothers will sleep in and bike over to my grandparents place for lunch.

    I'm so excited for spring with so many reasons. Spring is my favourite season, I love it! The temperature is always perfect and all the flowers and trees start to bloom and the snow melts. My birthday is also in the spring, whuch i am very excited for. But the best thing of all about spring is that I get to go outside and play street hockey with my brother and neighbour. I like being player on ice but goalie in street hockey. I'm a pretty good goalie too! My 14 year old neighbour and 15 year old brother have hard time scoring on me.

    I am looking forward to a lot of things, but mainly climbing trees and riding my longboard. Every summer me and my friends all ride around on our longboards and cause chaos... MWAHAHAHAHA! This summer I am trying to save up for a new longboard because the longboard I have now is getting old and the bearings are rusty. I love to build, paint or refurbish longboards also. Just the other day I painted my friends skateboard because he was tired of the design. I also LOVE to climb trees. In front of my house is a park with really good trees to climb and I usually climb them when I'm bored. When im riding my longboard or when Im climbing a tree I feel so relaxed. That is one thing I love about summer. I can hang out with my friends more often, Longboard, Climb trees, Play golf. I can go on and on about my favorite things to do in summer. Im really excited because spring marks the beginning of all these wonderful things while still being with your friends at school.

    Ahhhhh, spring! I love this season. With all it's springy goodness. The buds are blooming and the snow's melting. Sports are starting again and the birds are coming back. Personally my favorite part is the sports. Sure it's nice to see nature being reborn and playing inside, but to feel the wind and sun on my face during a game or practice really rejuvenates the soul don't you think? Ok... there are parts about spring besides sports that I love. Like the smell of the earth when it rains or the rain itself. I live near a forested and farmland area so I get to see animals come back and wake up. Every year a family of doves stays in my back yard. And for the last couple of years a pair of ducks has been swimming I my pool. I also get to see foxes. There rare to see but you'll see them roam across the roads. It also means we can bring out the short sleeves and shorts. And the birds, oh the birds. We get Blue Jays, Cardinals, Chickadees and even some hawks. Spring is an awesome season. I have many reasons to love it. What are your reasons?

    Who’s got spring fever?!? My horse does!! Most horses do get spring fever which means that when it does start getting warmer the horses start to get more excited and sassy! Romeo was a little sassy a few weeks ago but he is not used to the change in temperature. Some horses at my barn still have spring fever and it is really funny to watch them outside cause the grounds are now not covered in snow so they buck and kick and play which is really funny to watch. In lessons there are still a couple that are sassy but most are used to it!

    Spring is the best time of the year for me because there are so many things going like my birthday, and sports like hockey , basketball , baseball and soccer. It is the right temperature at this time. Finally we can wear just shirts outside and not jackets .It is almost the end of the year so this is a time to work hard. Make sure to get those sports going quick. Everyone is in such a good mood at this time in the year. All the nature is back and all the plants can live again. I always have spring fever because everything is awesome about it.

    I am so excited for spring because there is no snow and no freezing temperature. I love spring because it's not to hot and not too cold. I also like spring because I am able to play my sports because I don't due any winter sport. I hate wearing all those jackets in winter and now in spring I could just wear one sweater. In winter it used to be -20 and now its about 22 degrees.
    Now I could bring out my skateboard and bike and bring it outside finally. Also school is almost over so I could just sleep in instead of waking up at 6:00 in the morning.

    I am very excited for spring to come. I am very excited because all the snow will finally be gone and I'll be able to go outside. Also what I'm most excited about is The NHL playoffs. It's so exciting and fun to watch, it's probably my favourite time of the year because the stress and the pressure is amazing. The habs are going to go all the way to the cup and win. I'm also very happy that it's hot temperature and I could bike around the neighbourhood and longboard around. Also, the school year is almost over so only a few more weeks until summer :D.

    I have to say that spring is my favorite season of the year. It includes so many amazing events like hockey playoffs, shorts and t-shirt and much more. One of my favorite parts about spring is that I have my birthday in it. Another great part about spring is that it’s the time of the hockey playoffs, I wait all year for them and they are perfect after a long season of peewee hockey. I also get to start playing street hockey which I do all spring to fall.
